THEY ARE CRAPGoods I bought from Aria Technology Limited (Aria PC Technology –aria.co.uk, an online computer components distance-trader based in Manchester UK) were misdescribed, faulty/unfit –it said they were not.
Shown so, it simply varied on its website the technical specifications, without more.
It wrote that I damaged the two items returned worth some £100; reminded that it had said there was nothing wrong with them when, despite their return within the cooling off period, it refused to refund, it claimed a right to credit only, and only in respect of its house brand, avoiding reference to another brand. It claimed a right to automatically deduct 10%-25% ‘testing & re-stocking fee’ –even for an item never returned it!
